摘要
建立一种新的检测唾液中ABH血型物质(均属于唾液粘蛋白MG1)的方法。利用间接凝集反应通过黏附于含钙微粒上的唾液粘蛋白MG1与相应血型抗体结合而呈现明显的凝集现象,来检测唾液中相应血型物质的存在。以传统方法为金标准,本方法检测ABH物质的准确度分别为87.8%(72/82)、89.0%(73/82)和30.5%(25/82);灵敏度分别为64.3%(18/28)、71.9%(23/32)和9.5%(6/63);特异性均为100%。本实验初步建立了利用间接凝集反应检测唾液中A、B、H血型物质的不同于传统的新方法,对于唾液血型物质检测方法学的研究具有重要意义,同时为利用相应的特异性抗体定性检测唾液粘蛋白MG1提供了参考依据。
To develop a new method to test the existence of A, B and H substance ( all along to the salivary mucin MG1 ) in saliva. The blood group substances in saliva were detected by indirect agglutination reaction between salivary mucin MG1 which adhered to calcium-containing particle and the corresponding blood group antibody. The results showed that the accuracy of A, B and H substance compared with the traditional method were 87.8% (72/82) ,89.0% (73/82)and 30.5% (25/82) ; the sensitivity were 64.3% (18/28) ,71.9% (23/32) and 9.5% (6/63)respectively. The specificity was 100% for all the three substances. This research developed a new method by using indirect agglutination reaction to detect A, B and H substance in saliva. It also provides method for the measurement of salivary mucin MG1 qualitatively by using the corresponding specific antibody.
