摘要
文章通过辽宁省村镇住宅竞赛方案，探讨在村镇环境建设中，可持续发展的目标和实施，对辽宁传统民居的更新与保护、规划与发展、材料与技术、能源与环境等方面提出了具体的建设方案。
This paper studies the goals and implementation of sustainable development in the construction of villages and towns. It presents detailed development scheme of Liaoning traditional Houses' renewal and protection, planning and development, material and technology, energy and environment.
