An Analysis on the National Relationship in Guangxi under the Globalization——A Perspective of the Interaction of the Large Development of the Western,the Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation and the Establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area

广西在西部大开发、"9+2"和"10+1"中取得了初步成效。要确保广西民族关系的平等、团结、互助、和谐发展,不仅应该促进广西北部湾经济区内部及其与广西其他民族地区的协调发展,而且应该避免使其成为泛珠三角经济区、西南经济区、泛北部湾经济区和中国—东盟自由贸易区的依附区域,才能真正建立起平等、团结、互助、和谐的社会主义民族关系。

The large development of the western, the pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation and the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area in Guangxi gained initial effects. The author holds that it should not only promote harmonious development internal Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi and its external, but also refrain it from region of dependence on the pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation, Southwest Economic Zone, Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the Establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area to ensure development of the equality, unity, mutual aid and harmony national relationship in Guangxi. In fact, only when these come to being can socialism national relationship construct on the equality, unity, mutual aid and harmony.
