广西北部湾经济区开放开发,关键在于有效地整合广西区域内的各种资源,促进区域经济一体化发展。为此,应从实施城市群一体化发展、建立健全政策体系和扎实开展项目建设三个方面着手,有效整合区域资源,从而加快推进广西北部湾经济区的开放开发。

In the process of development and opening up of Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic zone, the key is to effectively integrate various resources in Guangxi region, and promote the development of regional economic integration. From three aspects, the implementation of the integrated development of urban agglomeration, establishment and improvement of policy system and the project＇s solid construction. The article investigates into how to speed up opening-up and development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and so as to deepen the awareness of existing problems.
