摘要
文章介绍了’９７海峡两岸传统民居理论（青年）学术研讨会在云南昆明市、大理市和丽江地区召开的会议有关情况以及会议主要议题。会议代表就传统民居、民居的文化内涵、如何使传统民居走上可持续发展之路和民居及其理论的研究方法及方法论进行了探讨，并阐明了各自的论点。
The article introduces the '97 two sides of the straits' vernacular architecture conference that was hold in Kunming, Dali and Lijian and the topics of conference. Some main augments about traditional houses' culture, how to let traditional houses develop in sustaining way were argued in the conference.
