通过对热轧钢轨中残余应力测试和评定方法的比较,以及对国产和进口钢轨的残余应力进行测试和分析,找出国产热轧钢轨在残余应力控制方面与国外钢轨存在的差距。根据影响热轧钢轨残余应力的因素,提出降低和优化钢轨中残余应力的措施。

This paper compares several methods of testing and evaluating residual stress on hot rolling rail track. After testing and analyzing the residual stresses of domestic and imported rail track, the authors point out the shortcomings in residual stress controlling technique compared with that of the foreign. Methods are presented to lessen and optimize the residual stresses according to the factors influencing residual stress on rail track.
