彩色多普勒测定脐带绕颈中脐动静脉血流参数的临床价值

目的应用彩超探讨妊娠晚期脐带绕颈对胎儿脐动静脉血流参数的影响及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析孕龄36～40周伴脐带绕颈的孕妇280例,测定UA-S/D值、UA-RI值,按UA-S/D<2.5、UA-RI<0.70;UA-S/D2.5～3.0、UA-RI0.70～0.80;UA-S/D>3.0、UA-RI>0.80分三组分别分析。并对脐静脉血流速度进行测定观察。结果随着UA-S/D值、UA-RI值增大,羊水污染及新生儿窒息的发生率呈同步上升,组间比较差异均有显著性,P<0.05。结论应用CDFI检测胎儿脐带绕颈不仅诊断准确率高,而且可以测定脐动静脉血流参数,对临床掌握剖宫产指征具有重要的意义。
