宫颈阴道分泌物IGFBP-1在检测胎膜早破诊断中的价值 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨宫颈阴道分泌物胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)在胎膜早破诊断中的价值。方法选择收治的120例胎膜早破孕妇为观察组,同时选择本院同期胎膜未破的孕妇120例作为对照组,采用免疫层析法测定两组孕妇的IGFBP-1,并对结果进行比较。结果观察组IGFBP-1的阳性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论IGFBP-1用于诊断胎膜早破具有较高准确率、敏感性和特异性,且操作简便、快速和准确,检查费用低廉,可作为常规检查方法加以推广。
