摘要
骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)及其受体在神经系统发育过程中的细胞分化、存活、繁殖和递质的表型等方面有重要的调节功能,在成熟中枢神经系统中,也有其受体表达。本文对BMP及其信号转导和调控机制、在中枢神经系统疾病中的作用及机制予以阐述。
Bone morphogenetic proteins(BMP) and their receptors play important roles in the development of nervous system, including the differentiation, survival and multiplication of cell. In the full-grown nervous system, expression of BMP receptors were also found. Not only the BMP and the mechanism of their signaling transduction and regulation were reviewed, but also the role that BMP play in the diseases of central nervous system were discussed.
