TC4钛合金电火花沉积反应合成Ti(CN)涂层 被引量:4

摘要 利用自制的电火花沉积充气密闭式保护装置和DZ-1400型电火花沉积机,以石墨为电极,以工业氮气为保护气和反应气,在TC4钛合金基体上制备Ti(CN)强化层.利用SEM分析了沉积层单沉积点表面形貌和组织结构,利用XRD测定了涂层物相组成,利用XPS分析了沉积层表面元素组成,利用SEM和AES分析了沉积层截面形貌、结合状态和元素组成.结果表明,沉积层是反应涂层,强化相由电极元素C、保护气体元素N和基体元素Ti反应生成,沉积层主要由TiC0.51N0.12相、Ti0.80V0.20相和C相组成,沉积层与基体结合致密,呈冶金结合. Ti (CN) coating was deposited on TC4 titanium alloy substrate with a self- developed gas -filled- closed electric - spark deposition device and an electric - spark deposition machine by taking graphite as electrode and the industrial pure nitrogen as shielding and reactive gas. The surface morphology and mierostrueture of the single deposition zone were studied by SEM, the phase of coating was analyzed by X - ray diffractometer, the elemental composition of the coating was tested by XPS,and the microstructure, bonding state as well as elemental composition of cross section of the coating were investigated by SEM and AES. The results show that the Ti(CN) coating is formed by the reaction of titanium in the substrate, carbon in the electrode and nitrogen in the shielding gas. The phase of coating is mainly made up of TIC0. 51N0. 12, Ti0. 80V0. 20 and C. Metallurgical bond between coating and substrate is realized.
