摘要
用Cu2O粉作氧化剂,采用内氧化工艺制备了Al2O3弥散强化铜合金薄板。研究不同Al含量(0.14%、0.30%)和内氧化时间(3、8、12h)下的Al2O3弥散强化铜合金薄板的电导率和硬度,并进行了显微组织分析。结果表明,内氧化时间越长,内部晶粒越粗大;其他内氧化条件相同情况下,Al含量越高,内氧化层的深度越小,内部晶粒越粗大;Al2O3弥散强化铜合金材料具有良好的电导率和较高的硬度。
Al2O3-dispersively-strengthened copper alloy sheets were prepared with Cu2O as oxidizer by internal oxidation method. Effects of different Al content (0.14%,0.3%) and different internal oxidation time (3,8,12h) on electric conductivity,hardness and microstructure of the sheets were investigated. The results verifiy that with increasing in internal oxidation time,the grain size in the sheets becomes coarser,meanwhile,at a given oxidized time,with increasing in Al content,the thickness internal oxidization layer is decreased with the coarse grain size. In addition,Al2O3 dispersively strengthened copper alloy exhibits acceptable electrical conductivity and high hardness.
