摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下穿刺治疗双肾自发性肾包膜下血肿的诊治疗效。材料和方法:对7例双肾自发性肾包膜下血肿在B型超声定位下超声穿刺治疗,并追踪随访。结果:7例患者中痊愈6例,无效1例。结论:肾包膜下血肿超声容易诊断,B型超声定位下穿刺抽吸治疗疗效较好。
Purpose： The aim of this study was to verify the effectiveness of the treatment of spontaneous bilateral renal subcapsular hemorrhage using ultrasound guided puncture. Materials and Methods： We followed up seven cases of spontaneous bilateral renal subeapsular hemorrhage that were treated by punctuation under the guidance of ultrasound from Nov. 1991 to May. 2005. Results： In the cases, 6 （85.7%） were successfully cured, the treatment in 1 case （14.3 % ） was inefficient. Conclusion： The puncture under the guidance of ultrasound is an effective treatment for patients with spontaneous bilateral renal subcapsular hemorrhage, especially for those without etiopathogenisis.
