摘要
表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF MS)是快速、高通量的蛋白质组学分析技术;应用于临床的关键是必须具有可重复性,使其结果具有可信度。文中综述SELDI-TOF MS质量控制的相关问题。
Surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF MS) is a powerful tool for rapidly generating high-throughput protein profiles. However, as with any technology, it has to be optimized and reproducible to win confidence in its results. Whether it can be applied in clinical trials depends on the quality control. In this review, we introduce the relevant issues about quality control of SELDI-TOF MS.
