Design of an Equipment Management and Quality Evaluations System for Navigation Monitoring Station

监测站是卫星导航定位系统的重要组成部分,建造导航监测站设备管理与质量评估系统对监测站规范化运行管理具有重要的实用价值。通过对监测站设备信息进行归档,结合管理监测站的经验,依据质量评估理论,并运用计算机自动推理能力,设计并实现了导航监测站设备管理与质量评估系统,提高了监测站的管理效率与运行可靠性。

Monitor station plays an important role in a navigation satellite system. By archiving the equip- ment information of monitor station and combining with management experience, this paper designs and re- alizes an equipment management and quality evaluation system for navigation monitoring stations. The sys- tem strictly goes on the theory of quality evaluation and uses the abilities of computer automatic ratiocina- tion, which can improve the efficiency and reliability of managing monitoring stations.
