现代服务业竞争力评价与提升研究——以天津市为例

Evaluation and Upgrading Study in Competitiveness of Service Industry——Take Tianjin as an Example

近年来天津市服务业发展取得了长足进步,为天津经济的迅速崛起做出了突出贡献,但是天津现代服务业发展依然存在诸多问题。本文在对天津服务业现状和问题分析的基础上,构建了天津市服务业竞争力评价指标体系,根据得出的结论分析影响天津市服务业竞争力的各项因素,并针对如何提升天津市服务业的竞争力从政府、行业和企业三个层面提出策略建议。

The service industry of Tianjin has made considerable progress and outstanding contributions to the fast economic development of Tianjin in recent years, but still there are a great number of problems in its own development. On the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of service industry in Tianjin, the paper constructs the competitiveness evaluation index system of service industry of Tianjin. The paper analyzes factors which may influence the competitiveness of service industry according to the empirical conclusion drawn. Finally, the paper puts forward the concrete strategic measures from three levels of government, industry and enterprise to improve the competitiveness of the service industry.
