University Responsibility and the Reform of Undergraduates Training Mode

从教学管理的视角看,大学有三个重要的责任:一是大学要为所有学生的成人成才创造机会;二是大学要为所有学生的选择提供有效的专门指导;三是大学要为所有学生的公平选择提供制度保障。要全面担当现代大学的重要责任,就有必要对影响人才培养模式中有关大学目标、专业设置、课程教学、教师队伍等重要方面进行深入的变革。

There are three important responsibilities in the view of university teaching management. Firstly, university need create many opportunities for all students, secondly, university can provide effectively specialized guiding for all students, and finally, university can provide the fair institutional guarantee for all students. It is necessary to reform the undergraduate training mode to fit and undertake the modem university responsibilities. This paper analyzes the important factors at the end of the writing, including university targets, profession establish, course teaching, teacher troops, etc.
