摘要
在电信运营商重组后的这个特殊时期,电信运营商面临着高速发展、管理提升、专业分化、标准复制等复杂情形,人才梯队建设更具挑战。本文分析了此时期对企业信息化复合型人才的迫切需求,提出了电信运营企业培养企业信息化复合型人才的三个关注点,对复合型信息化人才的管理模式进行了探讨,旨在通过培养有执行能力的信息化复合型人才来推进企业IT系统实施执行能力。
At the special period of the reorganization of telecom operators, the telecom operators are faced with the complex situation and more challenges, as rapid development of enterprises, management, upgrade, professional division, the standard replication, talented team-building, etc. The paper analyzes the urgent need of IT compound talents in telecom operators, points out three concerns in integration of capacity-building, studies the management model of IT compound talents. Promote the enterprise IT systems implementation capacities by culturing and managing the IT compound talents.
