The supervision and inspection of 25 Hz phase detecting track circuit broken rail or track lead have been affecting the operation safety of railway for a quite long period. This article deals with the analysis and exploration of a question, defines the technical standard of supervision and inspection of broken rail or track lead, and proposed corresponding solution.
