摘要
在综合分析增量式光栅信号的基础上,建立了硬件电路对参考信号进行放大和整形处理,然后利用单片机对光栅尺正向移动和反向移动时的参考信号进行特殊处理,从而消除了参考点定位误差,达到了正确快速提取参考点的目的。
An electrical circus is set up to amplify and reshape the reference signals based on analysing the signals of the in- cremental encoder, then the singlechip is used to process the signals for the positive or reverse movement with special method in order to eliminate the orientation error of the reference points. Through these methods, the reference position is extracted right and fast.
