摘要
针对衍生化-气相色谱串联质谱(选择离子监测法)的操作繁琐费时、过程不易控制的状况,利用离子阱气相色谱质谱联用仪,建立了非衍生化-气相色谱串级质谱直接分析饲料中三聚氰胺的方法。利用三聚氰胺二级质谱进行定性,以二级质谱的特征离子峰m/z85进行定量,检测效率大大提高,定性更加直接。方法精密度为5.9%,回收率为87%~98%,满足饲料中三聚氰胺的检测要求。
When the derivative gas chromatography-mass (SIM) is used, the operation is very complicated and its analysis process is difficult to control. To overcome these shortages, Ion trap gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (C,C-MS-MS) was applied to directly analyze melamine in feeds, using of non-derivative technique. The qualitative analysis was judged by MS-MS,and quantitative analysis was judged by characteristic ion pea, m/z 85 k. This method obviously promoted testing efficiency and improved the qualitative analysis. Its linear range is (0.5~10.0)mg/L, correlation coefficient is ca. 0.9988, detection limit is 0.20mg/kg, RSD is 5.9%, and average recoveries are(87~98)%.These results indicate this method can meet the requirements of testing melamine in feeds.
