摘要
为了实现便携式激光扫描仪的空间定位,根据三轴磁阻传感器的工作原理,设计了一种电磁定位系统。重点分析了硬件电路的设计,包括功放电路、传感器接收电路、A/D接口电路等。电路采用TI公司的TMS320F281作为微处理器,通过功放电路对正弦信号进行放大,同时对传感器三路模拟信号进行采样处理。系统可操作性强,测量精度高,可实现对磁场空间任意一点的磁场强度和方向的检测,有广阔的应用前景。
Based on principle of the three-axis magneto-resistive sensor, an electromagnetic position system was designed to realize positioning of portable laser scanner in this article. Hardware design of the system which included the power amplifier circuit, sensor circuit and A/D interface circuit were analyzed in detail. Adopted TMS320F2812 of TI as MCU, the system amplified the sine signal by the power amplifier circuit and sampled the three sensor signals at the same time. With the good maneuverability and high measuring accuracy, the system can detect the magnetic density and direction at any point in the magnetic space effectively, which has broad prospects for development.
