采用惯性捷联算法的电梯运行轨迹检测方案 被引量:1

摘要 根据电梯运行平稳性检测需求,设计一种基于惯性捷联算法的电梯运行轨迹检测方案,该方案硬件由激光陀螺仪、加速度传感器和高速数据采集设备组成,数据利用捷联算法修正并通过适当的积分方式处理后,得到的电梯运行轨迹精度较高。该方案与传统的激光检测方案比较,具有硬件要求低、操作简便、检测精度高等优点,经过实测试验证明,该方案能有效提高电梯运行状况检测的效率和质量。 For elevator running stationarity measuring, one running track measuring program had been designed on the basis of strap-down inertial algorithm. Its hardware was made up of laser gyroscope, acceleration sensor and high-speed data acquisition equipment. There would be high precision for elevator running track on condition that the data had been modified with strap-down algorithm and been carried on proper integral process. Compared with traditional laser measuring, it has advantages of low hardware requirements, easy operation, high measuring precision and so on. The actual experimental results proved that this program can improve the efficiency and quality of elevator running measuring obviously.
