摘要
为了实现卷绕机上纱线张力非接触式动态检测,提出一种基于图像处理技术的检测方法。借助纱线在卷绕机横动装置的作用下做往复运动时,因转向所产生曲折而形成的横波现象,通过利用CCD图像传感器拍摄的纱线动态图像和图像处理技术可求得该横波的速度,进而求得纱线张力。该研究方法不仅可以检测纱线在整个卷绕过程中的张力,并且检测时不会对纱线运行状态产生任何影响,适用于卷绕机上纱线在一定范围内做往复运动时纱线的张力检测。
A non-contact dynamic measurement of the yarn tension in winding process based on the image process technology is proposed. The traverse guide drove yarn to swing in a w-and-fro path. When running to the left (or right) side, the yarn turned over suddenly and formed a transverse wave. By using the CCD image sensor and image processing technology, the transverse wave speed of the yam could be measured. And then the yarn tension could be calculated. Not only this method could measure the whole winding process, but also it didn't add any influence on the yarn. So it is fit for testing the yarn tension when the yam swings in a to-and- fro path in winding process.
