摘要
山区公路黑点段鉴别研究是交通安全领域的一项重要研究内容,当道路技术指标不能够为车辆运行提供安全保障时,车辆运行将趋向于危险,形成黑点段。车辆运动过程中对安全影响较大的参数是运行速度和加速度,它们在不同程度上反映出车辆的运行状态。通过综合分析速度连续性因素和加速度因素,提出一种山区公路黑点段鉴别新方法——车辆运动参数综合分析法。在阐述该方法基本思想的基础上,制订出切实可行的应用条件和技术步骤,实例研究表明该方法能够对复杂道路条件下的山区公路黑点段进行有效鉴别。
The method for identifying the black-spots section of highways in mountainous terrain is an important research content of the traffic safety. When technical indexes of road can't ensure safety move-ment of vehicle, the movement of vehicle will incline towards danger, which causes the black-spots section of road. The parameters of operating speed and acceleration of the vehicle movement have bigger effects on the vehicle safety, which reflects the movement state of the vehicle from different degree. By comprehensive analysis on speed consistency factor and the acceleration factors,a new method is put forward, namely synthesized analysis method of vehicle movement parameter, for identifying the black-spots of highways in mountainous terrain. On the basis of expatiation for the basic idea of the method, feasible applied conditions and technique process of the method are given. Case study indicates that the method can efficiently identify the black-spots section of highways with complicated road condition in mountainous terrain.
