摘要
利用相变材料聚乙二醇对基质沥青以及AC-20沥青混凝土的基本性能以及温度敏感性进行试验研究。试验结果表明:随着相变材料掺量的加大,相变材料改性沥青的黏度变大,延度逐渐下降,温度敏感性下降。当相变材料掺量达到30%时,可使相变材料改性沥青在60℃停留5 h以上。用相变材料改性沥青配置的AC-20沥青混合料具有较好的高温稳定性,其动稳定度可达到3 210次/mm,是普通AC-20沥青混合料的2倍以上,其在39℃高温日照条件下可降低路面温度9℃,而对其低温性能影响不大。
The influence of regenerated phase change materia--polyethylene glycol on the performance and temperature susceptibility of common asphalt and AC-20 asphalt concrete is tested and studied in this paper. The results of experiment show that with the increase of phase change material, the viscosity of phase change materia modified asphalt increased while the ductility and temperature susceptibility decreased. When the addition content of phase change material came to 30%, the phase change material modified asphalt stayed over five hours at 60℃. The AC-20 asphalt mixture used phase change material modified asphalt has excellent high-temperature stability and the dynamic stability, which are more than two times of common AC-20 asphalt mixture, got 3 210 circles/mm. It could drop the temperature of the pavement off 9℃ during 39℃ sunlight, but nearly has not any effect on the low temperature performance.
