摘要
为了探讨水泥稳定细砂封层材料的收缩性能以及水泥剂量对其收缩性能的影响,室内试验研究了2%、4%、6%和8%等4种剂量水泥稳定细砂材料的干缩和温缩变化规律。试验结果表明:水泥剂量在4%~6%的范围内平均干缩系数的变化相对稳定,且存在一极小值;4种配比的温缩应变和温缩系数的变化规律大致相同,在水泥剂量为6%左右平均温缩系数存在一极小值。结合试验路的观测结果,6%水泥稳定细砂收缩性能最优。
In order to research the influence of different cement dosages on the shrinkage capability of cement stabilized fine sand, the experiments of indoor desiccation shrinkage and temperature shrinkage are done about cement stabilized fine sand with four kinds of mixture ratios. The result shows that: the change of desiccation shrinkage strain and average desiccation shrinkage coefficient are steady correspondingly and exist a minimum when the cement dosage is between 4~ ~ 6%; the change regulations of temperature shrinkage strain and temperature shrinkage coefficien are the same approximately, and the average tempreture shrinkage coefficien is the smallest when the cement dosage is about 6 %. Combining observations of test roads, shrinkage capability of six percent cement stabilized fine sand is best.
