As an important German romantic poet, Joseph von Eichendorff＇ s poems are well known for their distinctive artistic characteristics. The themes profoundly reflect the background of their times and romantic artistic ideas. Furthermore his poems are recited by generations of readers because they are highly regarded as model poems of German romantic fiction. His works are painstakingly created in various facets like emotional style, background setting, color of scene, musical rhythm, rhetoric skill and so on.
