LASIK 1200例术前视网膜裂孔特征分析

An analysis of retinal tear in 1200 patients before LASIK

目的探讨LASIK患者术前视网膜裂孔的特征及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析拟行LASIK手术的1200例屈光不正患者散瞳后眼底检查的详细资料。结果2400眼中,有97眼出现视网膜裂孔,占4.04%。其中,低度近视组裂孔12眼发生率为6.12%,中度近视组60眼8.83%,高度近视度组25眼7.69%,三组间在裂孔的发生率上无差异。中低度近视患者的视网膜裂孔多见于玻璃体牵引孔,而高度近视裂孔多见于周边变性孔。结论中、低度近视者同样存在着较高的视网膜裂孔发生率,LASIK术前应对所有患者常规行详细眼底检查。

Objective To invesigate the characteristic and treatment of retinal tear before laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK）. Methods The data of eyegrounds in 1200 patients before LASIK were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 2400 eyes, 97 （4.04%） were found to have retinal tear. There were 12 eyes with retinal tear in low myopia group, 60 in moderate myopia group, and 25 in high myopia group. Most of the retinal tears in low and moderate myopia groups were vitreous traction tears, while peripheral tears were often seen in high myopia group. Conclusion High incidence rate of retinal tears is also found in low and moderate myopia patients, and careful examination of eyeground should be carried out routinely before LASIK.
