武警总医院2006～2008年住院患者麻醉药品用药分析

Administration of narcotic drugs in hospital inpatients from 2006 to 2008

目的了解或掌握武警总医院住院患者麻醉药品的应用情况。方法收集我院2006～2008年住院临床药房麻醉药品品种、用量,运用药物频度分析法对麻醉药品应用情况进行回顾性统计分析与评价。结果芬太尼注射液用量最大,口服镇痛药及芬太尼透皮贴剂使用量迅速增长。结论我院麻醉药品使用基本合理,符合WHO推荐的癌痛治疗原则。

Objective To analyze the administration of narcotic drugs in this clinical hospital. Methods The information of varieties and dosages of narcotic drugs in clinical pharmacy from 2006 to 2008 was collected. DDDS and DUI were adopted as the statistical indexes. Results The dosage of fentanyl injection was the largest while the amount of oral analgesics and transdermal fentanyl increased rapidly. Conclusions The use of narcotic drugs in this hospital is rational on the whole, in line with the principles of cancer treatment recommended by WHO.
