摘要
通过分析高校图书馆外文期刊低利用率的形成原因,提出了几点提高外文期刊利用率的解决对策,以期真正发挥外文期刊的价值。
Through analyzing the reasons of low utilization rate of foreign language periodicals in university library, this paper advances some countermeasures for increasing the utilization rate of foreign language periodicals to give full play to the value of foreign language periodicals.
