Thinking about Strengthening Intellectual Property Rights at Grass-roots Level

分析了基层知识产权工作中存在的问题,认为只有增强知识产权保护意识,加强保护知识产权的宣传,建立、健全知识产权保护制度,增加对知识产权工作的投入,强化对专业人才的培养,才能促进知识产权工作的发展。

This paper analyzes some of the problems exsited in the work of intellectual property at grass-roots level and points out that only by enhancing the awareness of IPR proteotion; strengthening the publicity of protection of intellectual property rights; increasing the input into the work of intellectual property rights and strengthening the training of professionals can the development work of intellectualproperty rights be promoted.
