Considerations about Several Problems in the Implementation of Plan Environmental Impact Assessment for Linfen City

对"临汾市国民经济与社会发展第十一个五年规划环境影响评价"的积极作用及其实施过程中存在问题进行了分析和探讨,并在总结临汾规划环评工作经验的基础上对今后的规划环评工作提出了一些建议。

This paper analyzes and probes into the active functions of ＂the Environmental Impact Assessment of 1 lth Five-year Plan for National Economy and Social Development of Linfen City＂ and some problems existing in its implementation, and based on summing up the experiences of the plan environmental impact assessment of Linfen City, puts forward some suggestions for the future planning and environmental impact assessment.
