弹性纤维及其相关成分与盆底功能障碍性疾病 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,盆底功能障碍性疾病在女性人群中的发病率越来越高,而发病机制目前尚不明确。弹性纤维作为盆底支持组织细胞外基质的重要组成成分,在维持组织的弹力方面起着关键的作用。弹性蛋白是弹性纤维的主要成分,细胞因子转化生长因子-βB和fibulin-5也是弹性纤维发生发展的关键蛋白。弹性纤维的代谢及相关成分的改变会引起组织弹性降低,促使盆底支持结构薄弱,从而导致盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生。因此,该文将弹性纤维及其相关成分在盆底功能障碍性疾病发病机制中作用的研究结果作以综述。 For recent years, morbidity rate of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) in women has increased greatly. But pathogenesis of the disease is unclear up to now. As a major component of extracellular matrix in pelvic floor supporting structures, elastic fiber plays a key role in maintaining elasticity of the tissues. Elastin is main component of elastic fiber. TGF-β and fibulin-5 are also crucial proteins essential for generation and development of elastic fiber. The changes in metabolism and related components of elastic fibers result in decreased elasticity of the tissues and accelerate weakening of the pelvic supporting structures and finally induce development of PFD. In this review, we summarized progress in study on roles of elastic fiber and its related components in pathogenesis of PFD.
