HPLC法测定口炎清片中绿原酸的含量

Assay of chlorogenic acid in kouyanqing tablets by HPLC

目的建立口炎清片绿原酸含量测定的方法。方法用C18柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87)为流动相,检测波长327nm。结果在0.018～0.090mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9986)。平均回收率为99.61%,RSD为1.16%(n=6)。结论方法重复性好,测定结果准确可靠。

Objective A method was established for the assay of Chlorogenic acid in Kouyanqing tablets. Methods The C1s column was used and acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution （ 13 ： 87 ） as mobile phase, detected at 327 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 018 - 0. 090 mg/ml （ r = 0. 9986）. The average recovery rate was 99. 61%, RSD1.16% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable and with good repeatability.
