摘要
目的观察不同插管深度对灌肠疗效的影响。方法按照《炎症性肠病诊断治疗规范的建议》,将60例纳入病例随机分为观察组(插管深度≥30cm)和对照组(插管深度15～20cm)应用同一复方中药灌肠,疗程2周。结果观察组和对照组有效率分别为:90.62%,67.86%,两组间有显著性差异。结论灌肠治疗插管深度≥30cm显著优于常规插管深度。
Objective To study on the different catheter depth in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 60 patients with were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group and the control group Took same Chinese medicine as enema every night, depth of cannula inserted 30 cm or 15 -20 cm, 2 weeks as one course. Results The results showed that total effective rate of experimental group and the control group was 90.62% and 67.86% respectively. Conclusion To increase catheter depth to 30 cm is better.
