胃食管反流病的食管外症状特点及疗效分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨胃食管反流病(GERD)的食管外症状的临床特点及质子泵抑制剂(PPI)治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析69例GERD食管外症状患者的临床表现及PPI的治疗效果。结果GERD食管外症状以心绞痛、慢性咽炎、慢性气管支气管炎及支气管哮喘较为常见,临床误诊率高,PPI治疗效果较好。结论对临床上以食管外症状就诊于各有关专科患者经相应的治疗无效或疗效欠佳时,应考虑存在GERD的可能,应及时行胃镜检查和PPI治疗。
