摘要
目的:揭示冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸在冬凌草植株内空间积累的动态规律。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸的含量。结果:在同一株植物内,从上到下随着叶位及节间的降低,冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸的含量也逐渐降低。结论:本结果为确定冬凌草的最佳采收部位提供了依据。
Objective: To explore the content of oridonin and rosmarinic acid in the leaves and stem of rabdosia rubesens (Henmsl.) Hara at different leaves and stem positions. Methods: The content of oridonin and rosmarinic acid was determined by HPLC. Results: The content of oridonin and rosmarinic acid declined from top to bottom with the decrease of leaves and stem growth in the same plant. Conclusion: The results may provide references of the best fractions for collecting the rabdosia rubesens (Henmsl.) Hara.
