冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸在冬凌草植株内空间积累的动态规律

Study on the dynamics of spatial accumulation of oridonin and rosmarinic acid of rabdosia rubesens(Henmsl.) Hara

目的:揭示冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸在冬凌草植株内空间积累的动态规律。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸的含量。结果:在同一株植物内,从上到下随着叶位及节间的降低,冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸的含量也逐渐降低。结论:本结果为确定冬凌草的最佳采收部位提供了依据。

Objective： To explore the content of oridonin and rosmarinic acid in the leaves and stem of rabdosia rubesens （Henmsl.） Hara at different leaves and stem positions. Methods： The content of oridonin and rosmarinic acid was determined by HPLC. Results： The content of oridonin and rosmarinic acid declined from top to bottom with the decrease of leaves and stem growth in the same plant. Conclusion： The results may provide references of the best fractions for collecting the rabdosia rubesens （Henmsl.） Hara.
