维生素C催化合成阿司匹林的条件研究

Condition investigation on the synthesis of Aspirin by vitamin C catalyst

目的:以维生素C为催化剂、水杨酸为原料、醋酐为酰化剂,合成阿司匹林。方法:采用乙酰化法合成。结果:初步确定了合成条件,温度为80℃,反应时间为40min,维生素C用量为0.2g,收率为56.8%。结论:本方法可行,合成条件需进一步完善。

Objective： To synthesize Aspirin by using vitamin C as the catalyst, salicylic acid as the raw material and acetic anhydride as the acylating agent. Methods： The method of acetylation was used. Results： The synthesis conditions was determined, the temperature was 80℃, the reaction time was 40 min, the quantity of vitamin C was 0.2 g, the yield was 56.8%. Conclusion： The method is feasible, and the synthesis condition needs to be improved.
