随着计算机网络的高速发展,促使人类社会经历着有史以来最深刻的变革,对各行各业都有了深刻的影响。同样,它也影响了期刊稿件的处理方式。本设计通过对稿件处理的全过程的调查和分析,设计并初步实现了通用期刊稿件处理系统。该系统的主要功能有作者投稿、编辑采编、审稿专家审稿、信息发布、管理员管理。

With the development of computer network it make mankind＇s society experience a deep change since history. It had deep influence to the every trades, it also affected the processing method of the periodical manuscript.This design passes the inquisition and analysises of the whole process that handles to the manuscript, the design combined the first step to carry out the in general use periodical manuscript processing system. The main function the one who have the contributions of author, edit of that system adopts the plait and reviews the draft the expert reviews the draft, information to release, the managing person＇s management.
