摘要 介绍自由浮游式检漏系统的工作原理、分析方法以及工程实例。该系统的核心技术是可随管道内水流自由浮游的智能球。由于智能球直接经过漏点,可以清楚地接收由漏水引起的声信号,具有高精度、高效率,不受管材、管径及管道埋深影响等优点。自由浮游式检漏系统克服了传统音听检漏法的不足,特别适合大口径输水管道检漏。 The principles, analysis methods and practical applications of the free-swimming leak detection system are introduced. The core technology of this system is the SmartBall which can swim freely with the current in pipeline. Since the SmartBall can pass the leaking location directly, it can distinctly receive the acoustic signals caused by leaking. This system has advantages of high precision, high efficiency and immunity from the influences of materials, diameters and buried depth of pipeline. The free-swimming detection system overcame the disadvantages of conventional acoustic leak detection technology,and is especially suitable for the large diameter water transmission pipeline leak detection.
