摘要
本文以重钢2500m^3高炉热风炉基础的大体积混凝土施工为实例,通过分析大体积混凝土裂缝产生的原因,根据工程特点进行配合比设计、温度计算,根据计算数据采取相应的降温、养护措施,有效地防止大体积混凝土有害裂缝的出现,取得了良好的效果。
This paper takes the mass concrete construction of 2500m^3 blast furnace and hot-stove of Chongqing Iron and Steel Company as an example. By analyzing the causes of mass concrete cracks, in accordance with the characteristics of engineering design, temperature calculation and reduce the temperature and take conservation measures according to calculation data to effectively prevent harmful mass concrete cracks, and achieved good results.
