摘要
目的阐述异基因造血干细胞移植患者移植过程中的护理方法。方法针对移植患者的心理、预处理、干细胞回输、移植后并发症进行护理。结果16例患者移植相关死亡率为0;1例出现ⅣaGVHD;1例出现VOD;1例出现严重肝功能损害;1例出现结膜炎;3例出现出血性膀胱炎。结论移植中及时发现和正确处理相关并发症是提高移植成功率的关键因素。
Objective To summarize the nursing care in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods Nursing care had been given to transplantation patients on several aspects including psychologic changes, conditioning regimens, stem cell transfusion and post transplantation complications. Results Transplantation motarlity was 0% in 16 patients, 1 case had Ⅳ a GVHD, 1 case developed venous occlusive disease; 1 case had liver function damage, 1 case had taraxis,3 cases had hemorrhagic cystitis. Conclusion The key point to improve successful ratio of transplantation is to promptly recognize and accurately manage transplantation related complications.
