摘要
目的探讨听性脑干反应(ABR)及多频稳态诱发电位(ASSR)在评估中枢性协调障碍(ZKS)患儿的听力状况及脑干听通道功能受损情况中的作用。方法对ZKS患儿38例76耳及同龄健康儿童20例40耳进行ABR及ASSR测试。结果ZKS组患儿的ABRⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ渡潜伏期,Ⅰ~Ⅲ及Ⅰ~Ⅴ波峰间期较对照组延长,差异有统计学意义。ZKS组ASSR各频率反应阈值较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义。结论联合应用ABR和ASSR,可以为定量定性的评估ZKS患儿听力损失状况提供依据。
Objective To explore the function of hearing disorder and the functional change of auditory pathway in brainstem of children with zentrale koordination-storung (ZKS). Methods 36 children with ZKS and 20 healthy children were tested by ABR and ASSR. Results The peak latency of waveⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ , the inter-peak latency of wave Ⅰ~ⅢandⅠ~Ⅴof children with ZKS were significantly longer than those of the healthy children. The ASSR response thresholds at 0.5,1,2,4kHz of children with ZKS were significantly higher than those of the healthy children. Conclusion By conbining ABR and ASSR,we could provide the qualitative and quantitive diagnosis for hearing loss of children with ZKS.
