门帘浸泡二氯苯醚菊酯防治侵入实验小屋内蚊虫的研究

EXPERIMENTAL HUT STUDIES ON THE EFFECT OF DOOR-CURTAIN IMPREGNATED WITH PERMETHRIN ON MOSQUITOES

应用实验小屋对二氯苯醚菊酯浸泡棉纱门帘防治侵入屋内蚊虫作了田间试验。门帘浸药量为300mg,ai/m^2,取得较满意的毒杀侵入屋内蚊虫的作用。对留存在屋内的三带喙库蚊毒杀死亡率,0～58天内高达90%以上,391～415天内仍可达70%以上。而外逃入窗阱的蚊虫,死亡率很低,0～58天内不到20%。此种门帘对侵入屋内蚊虫的吸血率没有明显影响,也不能减少侵入屋内蚊虫的数量。

Door-curtains impregnated with permethrin were tested against populations of Culex tri- taeniorhynchus in experimental huts with exi-window traps to catch samples of mosquito es- caping in the night.The door-curtain treated with 300 mg ai/m^2 of permethrin killed more than 90% of mosquitoes in the hut,but the mortality was less than 20% among those mo- squitoes escaping to exit-window trap in two months.The mortality of mosquitoes entering the hut was more than 70% in the second year.It had not been seen that the curtain trea- ted reduced the number of females entering the hut.The feeding inhibition was not obvious, it might be that the strongly attractive effect of cattle covered the relatively slight feeding inhibition.The exeitorepellent effect was present in the first year.
