Recent years, more and more latex coatings are used, causing more and more application problems. Especially, large quantity of poor putty without adhesive is adopted, so the foaming problem more and more attracts the public attention. This paper analyzes the influence of compositions, manufacture technology, application tools and methods and substrate on the defoaming property of latex application.
