摘要
综述了电子鼻技术在烟草行业、食品工业、精细化工、医疗诊断、环境监测等领域中的应用研究进展。表明,电子鼻技术具有广阔的应用前景,体积小、价格低的便携式电子鼻系统的研究开发应该受到重视。
The development of electronic nose applications in several fields, including tobacco industry, food industry, fine chemicals, medicinal dignosing, and environmental monitoring, was reviewed. It was shown that electronic nose techniques would have very extensive application in the future and more attention should be paid to the research and development of the electronic nose system characterized of small volume and low price.
