The Air Conditioning Load and Construction Cost for Double/Single Glass Curtain Wall in High Rise Office Buildings

摘要 结合深圳某中心大厦工程建设的实际,从使用、节能、投资等角度对在深圳地区建造高层办公楼,当外墙做大面积玻璃幕墙时是采用单层还是双层的更合算的问题,进行了综合分析,文中得出的结论,可供工程设计参考。 This article discussed the feasibility of whether adopting double layers or single layer type of glass curtain wall for high rise buildings with large scale glass curtain walls in Shenzhen area,from the viewpoint of application,energy saving and investment,in conjunction with the construction of a Center Mansion Project in Shenzhen.
