摘要
研究了色氨酸水平分别为0.133%、0.171%和0.209%的日粮对0~4周龄泰和鸟鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明,在0~2周龄,日粮色氨酸水平对各组日增重无显著影响(P〉0.05),但显著影响料重比(P〈0.01)和日采食量(P〈0.05);0.133%组料重比(P〈0.01)和日采食量(P〈0.05)显著高于0.171%和0.209%组。在3~4周龄,三组间平均日采食量和料重比无显著差异(P〉0.05),但色氨酸水平显著影响日增重(P〈0.05),0.171%组日增重显著高于0.133%(P〈0.05),但与0.209%组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。综合0~4周龄数据分析表明,日粮色氨酸水平显著影响0—4周龄泰和乌骨鸡日增重(P〈0.05)、料重比(P〈0.01)和日采食量(P〈0.01)。综合考虑各项指标,对于粗蛋白水平为17.41%、代谢能为12.16MJ/kg的玉米一花生粕型低蛋白日粮,日粮适宜色氨酸水平为0.171%。
This paper studied the effects of dietary tryptophan levels (0. 133%, 0. 171% and 0. 209% ) on the performance of 0 4 - week - old Taihe silky fowls, and determined the optimum dietary tryptophan level. The results indicated that average daily gain (ADG) was not significantly influenced ( P 〉 0.05), but the ratio of feed to gain (F/G) ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and average daily feed intake (ADFI) (P 〈0.05) were markedly affected by dietary tryptophan levels at the age of 0 -2 weeks, in which the F/G and ADFI of 0. 133% group were markedly higher than those of 0. 171% and 0. 209% groups (P 〈0. 01 and P 〈0.05, respectively). At the age of 3 - 4 weeks, no significant difference in F/G and ADFI was found between all groups ( P 〉 0.05 ), but the ADG ( P 〈 0.05 ) was signif- icantly influenced by dietary tryptophan levels, in which the ADG of 0. 171% group was significantly higher than that of 0. 133% group (P 〈0.05), but no significant difference in ADG was observed between 0. 171% and 0.209% group (P 〉0.05). AT the age of 0 - 4 weeks, the ADG ( P 〈 0.05), F/G ( P 〈 0.01 ) and ADFI ( P 〈 0.05 ) were significantly influenced by dietary tryptophan levels. Based on all the results obtained, the optimum dietary tryptophan level (0.171% ) was recommended for 0 -4 -week -old Taihe silky fowls when they were fed by corn -peanut meal diets in which the crude protein content and metabolic energy level were 17.41% and 12.16 MJ/kg respectively.
