晚秋早冬季节覆盖保温措施对蚯蚓处理牛粪能力的影响 被引量:5

Influence of Heat Preservation Measures through Covering on Ability of Treating Cattle Manure by Eisenia foetida in Late Autumn and Early Winter

摘要 通过室外养殖试验,分析了晚秋早冬季节不同覆盖保温措施间蚯蚓处理牛粪能力的差异性,结果表明:晚秋早冬季节蚓床日均温与蚯蚓消化牛粪速率呈极显著的正相关关系,在11.8~18.5℃范围,蚓床日均温每提升1℃,蚯蚓消化牛粪速率可增加73.13g/m2·d;蚯蚓消化牛粪速率与蚓床稻草覆盖量呈显著的开口向下的抛物线相关,蚓床覆盖与不覆盖薄膜条件下,稻草适宜覆盖量分别为2.71、3.91kg/m2。稻草加白膜双重覆盖保温下蚯蚓消化牛粪的速率与常规生产措施相比,提高了45.31%。 An outdoor rearing experiment was carried out to study the influence of different heat preservation measures through covering on the ability of treating cattle manure by Eisniafoetida in late autumn and early winter. The results showed that the rate of digesting cattle manure by Eisenia foetida was significantly positively correlated with the daily average temperature of rearing bed of Eiseniafoetida in late autumn and early winter, in the range of 1 1 . 8~ 1 8. 5℃ , the rate of digesting cattle manure could increase 73.13g/(m2 .'d) as the rearing temperature enhanced 1℃. There was a significant parabola relationship between the rate of treating cattle manure and the amount of rice - straw covering, when the rearing bed was covered with plastic film or not, the suitable amount of rice -straw covering was 2.71 kg/rn2 or 3.91kg/m2 respectively. The rate of digesting cattle manure in the treatment of covering rearing bed with white plastic film and rice -straw together was improved by 45.31% as compared with that in the conventional treatment.
