摘要
对湖南省部分大学生自卑感的问卷调查显示:大学生有一定的自卑心理,自卑感总分在性别、年级因素上存在显著差异,在专业因素上不具显著差异。从体育锻炼对自卑感的影响效益看,在中等强度的锻炼条件下,经过12周的体育锻炼,不同程度地降低了被试者的自卑感水平,因而佐证了体育锻炼的心理效益,适宜的体育锻炼对促进大学生的心理健康具有积极意义。
With the combination of delamination and random sampling method, about university students are surveyed with the inferiority measurement scale in Hunan. The results show that there are a certain degree of inferiority in university students,but not high, and there are significant gender and grade difference in university students' inferiority, but does not have the significant differences in the specialized factor. From physical exercise on the impact of effectiveness of inferiority,, the moderate-intensity exercise conditions can reduce the level of inferiority after 12 weeks of physical training, which is further evidence of the psychological benefits of physical exercise, and suitable for physical exercise to promote the mental health of university students.
